Delete your account

You can delete your Bobby's Math Club account, or just one child, at any time. It takes about a minute.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at bobbysmathclub.com, or open the Bobby's Math Club app.
2. Open the account menu at the top right of your dashboard (your name, or a person icon on a phone) and choose Settings.
3. Open You, then tap Delete my account at the bottom.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account to confirm.

To delete just one child, open Settings, find the child, and tap Delete next to their name.

What gets deleted

• Every child you added, with their practice history, badges, Growth Check results, and worksheet photos.
• Your login, and your email and text settings.

A child another parent shared with you stays with that parent. You just won't see them anymore.

What we keep, and for how long

• Our daily backups keep what you deleted for up to 7 days. Then it is gone.
• A question you reported stays, with any note you typed, so we can fix the question. Ask us and we'll erase the note.
• Copies of some of our emails to you stay in Bobby's own inbox. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Can't sign in? Ask us

Write to legal@bobbysmathclub.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete it for you and write back to tell you it's done.
