These terms govern your use of Bobby's Math Club ("the Service"), an adaptive math practice app for children. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be a parent, legal guardian or teacher, 18 or older, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Student profiles are created and managed by the account holder.

Use of the Service

Bobby's Math Club is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without permission

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Bobby's Math Club — including math questions, images, characters, and design — is owned by Bobby's Math Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Availability

We strive to keep Bobby's Math Club available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages from Bobby's Math Club related to your account and your child's practice activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email legal@bobbysmathclub.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most other U.S. carriers.

Limitation of Liability

Bobby's Math Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
